How your organisation publishes, which systems diNect can read, the terms that let our staffing firm see the requirements you choose to share, and the people who work here. None of it needs anybody’s permission to install.

What diNect is, and is not
diNect is your requisition process and visibility layer. It prepares the requisition, profile, advertisement, screening criteria, scorecard and ATS fields from one requirement, and it holds the approval chain and the market view. It is not a staffing service: it does not supply workers, does not place anybody, and does not publish anything on your behalf.
If you engage a staffing partner, that is a separate agreement between you and them, under their own terms and their own licensing for the jurisdiction where the work will be performed. Their sight of your requirement is a term of your engagement with us rather than a request either of us makes: you decide requirement by requirement which ones they see, and you can withdraw the agreement itself at any time.
